"Dip It Low" is the first single released from American R&B/pop singer Christina Milian's second album It's About Time in 2004. Early in 2004 Christina Milian said in her blog, that the song and music video for "Dip it Low" was inspired by a lover she met at a local Tennessee mall; whom she has not yet revealed.
