how globalization effect the local art. is it good or bad? some cultures are slowly vanishing because of this and new ones are popping out, urban cultures,pop cultures, street cultures,,cultures vultures, etc.
why is it that van gogh's painting the most expensive in the world, at least for now. why not his friend gaugin? why not picasso or warhol or duchamp or dali or pollock?
what about artists who paid other people to paint for them and then claim the artworks theirs. what about artist that paint what the people want rather than what he wants.
it will be great if we all could share our opinions or experiences and hopefully this will bring us to a better understanding of what art is or rather modernART.
