I received an email with this small moral which I found interesting: 

A well-known lecturer begins his seminar by holding well high a €50 note. He asks the audience:  Who would like to have this note? The hands start to rise.  Then he says: “I will give this note of 50 € to one of you, but first, initially let me do something with.  He then crumples the note with force and asks: “Do you always want this note?” The hands continue to rise, but what will occur if I do that? ”He throws the ruffled note on ground and put it under his feet, crushing it as much as possible and covering it with dust from the floor. Then, he asks “Who still wants this note?” Obviously the hands continue to rise! “My friends, you have just learned a lesson… Whatever I do with this note, you always want it because its value will not alter. It is worth always 50€ “Several times in your life you ruffled, will be rejected, soiled by people or the events.  You will have the impression that you are worth nothing any more, but actually your value will not have changed with the eyes of people who love you! The value of a person is not due to only that he makes or does. You will be able to always start again and to achieve your goals because your intrinsic value remains always intact.

Do not keep this message, transmit it to those people you like, it will perhaps one day be useful for them, it is a simple message of friendship
